Our typical breakfast menu offers our chicken's eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, Vermont bacon, sausage, and homemade muffins & breads. Our special entrees include apple crepes, eggs Florentine with an orange dill sauce or a healthy vegetable frittata served in our dining room or outdoors; weather permitting.

The Bedrooms
Relaxing, Peaceful and Quiet
Daphne and Peter have decorated and customized each room to provide visitors with a unique experience and a sound nights sleep. The Sunrise & Sunset rooms may be rented as a suite with a shared bath for $195 per night.

The SUNSET ROOM offers a queen bed, private or shared bath and marvelous sunsets over Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.

The SUNRISE ROOM offers the option of two twin beds or a king. An easterly view of our evergreen "forest" and Vermont's Green Mountains provide spectacular mornings.

All rooms share a large living room for relaxing, conversation, reading or watching Direct TV. Off the living area is a small game table, desk and refrigerator for your convenience.

Fresh Air, Cozy and "Green"
Camping at its best with electricity, beds and access to a full bathroom in the main house. Harvest your own salad from our greenhouse and relish the peace and calm of our environment beside the pond. Seasonally available with our full breakfast included. The Barsen House Inn property holds the distinction of being National Wildlife Backyard Habitat Certified.
The four-acre property includes a pond and spiral labyrinth and extensive annual and perennial gardens, organic vegetables, fruit trees, wildflower meadow and a fire pit. Daphne is a certified VT Master Gardner
 Enjoy our "nature preserve"while walking around the grounds on
mowed paths or quietly reading in the location of your choice. Also, REIKI is available upon request.

Family Fun
Pond, Fire Pit, Chickens, Ducks, Dogs & Cats
Children will have a lot of fun at the Barsen House Inn.
They will enjoy the excitement of gathering eggs from the chicken coop and picking raspberries from the bushes for their cereal. Feeding the ducks in the pond and catching frogs with our nets become Kodak moments. In the evening, memories are made roasting marshmallows and eating smores at the fire pit.
